Google on Wednesday announced the completion of its acquisition of New York-based cloud and AI security startup Wiz for $32 billion (₹2.94 lakh crore) in an all-cash transaction. The deal, announced last year, is the biggest acquisition in Google's history. "Wiz will join Google Cloud and maintain its brand and commitment to securing customers across all cloud environments," Google said.
