A 59-year-old businessman from Pune said he received a flight cancellation message from IndiGo for a flight, which later left on schedule, causing him to miss it. Girish Radhakrishnan said he went back to sleep after receiving a cancellation message at 12.11 am, for his 4.15 am flight to Coimbatore. He was later marked a no-show for the same flight.
