Welspun One said that it will invest ₹550 crore to develop nearly 1.2 million sqft Grade A logistics park in Talegaon, Maharashtra. The company has been allotted 46-acre, MIDC-notified land parcel in Talegaon MIDC Phase IV, Pune. The company is backed by a development pipeline of 19 million sqft and ₹10,000 crore in AUM.
