The firm is looking for an Analyst to join its Investor Relations team under the Financial Operations vertical. The team is responsible for managing and processing investor transactions, producing various marketing and investor materials, spearheading market research, handling written investor queries and communications, managing investors’ database, and overseeing technology projects to build controls, streamline workflows, and improve process efficiency.

As a part of the team, you’ll be responsible for producing various marketing and investor materials for consumption by investors, prospects, and senior management. You’ll liaise with various internal teams to gather data, understand the workflow, and establish control in the preparation process for above. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for and be the primary point of contact to draft, review and edit such investor-focused documents. You’ll maintain and update investors’ and prospects’ database while generating reports in accordance with requirements of various stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll assist in projects related to database management and collate to facilitate cross-functional teams in filing and adhering to regulatory obligations.

• The candidate should have a master’s degree in finance, along with one to two years of work experience in the financial services industry

• Candidate should have significant experience with advanced features in Microsoft Office
