As a business development and Customer Relationship executive, you would be completely responsible for managing the branch/ retail office of Insurance Dekho at the Bengaluru location. You would be responsible for business development by attending to customers who visit the branch or reaching out to potential customers over call through the leads generated for closing sales of health, motor, or life insurance product. Also, you would be responsible for attending to customers who reach out to the branch for any service-related queries like an endorsement, claims, etc., and assist them by routing their requirements to the customer service team.

Job role and responsibilities:
Connect with customers over telephonic call basis the leads generated for Health and Life insurance and invite them for the branch visit.
Assist the customers visiting the branch in selecting the right plans for any of their insurance needs.
Follow-up calls to the interested or prior branch visited customers for closing the sales.
Attend the customer queries on service-related issues (endorsement, claims, etc.) and routes them to the customer excellence team by raising the right tickets
Maintaining the branch sales and service MIS.
Collecting customer feedback about their experience of branch visits.
Experience: 0 - 3 years
Any graduation
Skills required: Customer Acquisition, business development, Relationship Building
Smart worker who should be efficient in converting interest into sales
Strong ownership skills who can take the responsibility of managing the branch end-to-end
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Professional attitude with attention to customer's requirements
Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi
Prior experience of working in insurance sales domain would be added advantage
