As an Ops Junior, your primary responsibilities include;

• Review, Analyze and Manage assigned outstanding receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved to get the physician/client effort paid.

• Identify trends and communicate findings/ errors to appropriate stakeholders in an effort to educate and eliminate future errors to improve cash flow.

• Work with the insurance company on behalf of clients, represent them, and resolve the claims within the timelines and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Interact and probe the insurance representative to get the required status update and have the claim resolved.

• Ensure Daily Productivity targets are met at the required quality level on the assigned inventory

• Ensure the highest levels of compliance are maintained
