Accenture has completed acquisition of London-based AI firm Faculty, integrating over 400 AI experts into its global workforce. Faculty’s CEO, Dr Marc Warner, becomes Accenture’s CTO. The deal, valued near $1 billion, adds AI safety, strategy, and the Frontier decision intelligence platform to Accenture’s tools, strengthening its capability to deliver secure, large-scale AI solutions worldwide.
