US SEC may drop bribery charges against Gautam Adani after he hired lawyer Robert Giuffra Jr, NYT reported. Giuffra, one of Donald Trump's personal lawyers, presented 100+ slides to argue that prosecutors lacked basic evidence in the ₹2,400-crore case. Giuffra also made a $10-billion investment offer from Adani, which prosecutors refused to consider when deciding whether to drop the charges.
