Adani Power will acquire 24% stake in Jaiprakash Power Ventures from Jaiprakash Associates for ₹2,993.59 crore under the approved CIRP resolution plan. The transaction follows NCLT approval dated March 17, 2026 and involves transfer of existing shares. FIIs increased stake in Jaiprakash Power Ventures to 6.58%, while DIIs held 17.03% stake.
