Advait Energy Transitions incorporated Advait BESS Bhesaan Private Limited with a 51% stake to expand its Battery Energy Storage System business. The subsidiary will undertake EPC and turnkey BESS projects, including development, engineering, commissioning and maintenance services. The company said the new entity will focus on captive, grid-connected and off-grid energy storage solutions.
