Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh from Mumbai has sued Italian brand Gucci after he allegedly received defective shoes from a city-based store. The advocate has approached a consumer court in Mumbai, seeking ₹1 crore in damages. He claimed that he experienced severe fall on two separate occasions due to defects in the footwear and suffered injuries.
