Alibaba-backed Antfin Holding BV, a major shareholder of Paytm's parent firm One97 Communications, is planning to divest its entire 5.84% stake worth ₹3,803 crore in the company, reports stated. The stake will be sold through a block deal on the Indian stock exchanges. The sale will include up to 3.77 crore equity shares, and it has been priced at ₹1,020/share.
