Allcargo Logistics has completed the demerger of its international supply-chain business into a newly formed entity, Allcargo Global Ltd, effective November 1, 2025. The company’s domestic express and consultative logistics businesses are now consolidated under the remaining Allcargo Logistics entity. The move follows approval by the National Company Law Tribunal.
