Employees of Shri Sai & Datar Company, which manages Agra-Lucknow Expressway's Fatehabad toll, undertook an hours-long strike over just ₹1,100 Diwali bonus, less than last year's ₹5,000 bonus. The striking employees opened the toll gates, reportedly allowing over 5,000 vehicles to pass through without paying the ₹665 one-way toll. They resumed work after their manager assured 10% increment.
