Anthropic conducted a study inviting Claude users to share their AI usage experience, desires and fears. Nearly 81,000 people across 159 countries responded in a week, with one-third of them wanting AI to improve their quality of life. The responders also raised concerns around AI unreliability, its impact on jobs and the economy and maintaining human autonomy and agency.
