BharatPe Co-founder Ashneer Grover has launched Fund My Staff, a fintech platform that helps employers facilitate loans for employees by acting as guarantors. The platform targets workers with limited or no credit history who need access to financing backed by their employer's guarantee. Grover resigned from BharatPe in 2022 amid allegations of financial irregularities.
