Indian cleantech firm Chakr Innovation secured $23 million (₹193.5 crore) in Series C funding led by Iron Pillar, with support from SBI Capital Ventures, ONGC, IAN, and Inflexor. The funds will boost manufacturing, global expansion, and R&D in aluminium-air batteries. Known for its retrofit emission-control devices, Chakr aims to advance India’s sustainability and deep-tech leadership.
