Affluent Chinese nations are using US surrogacy to have multiple American babies, The Wall Street Journal reported. One such Chinese billionaire, Xu Bo, has fathered over 100 US-born babies via surrogacy, the report stated, citing a post by his gaming company Duoyi Network. Xu had reportedly earlier said he wanted his children to marry billionaire Elon Musk's children.
