Meng Xiaoyi, a technology startup based in Hangzhou, China, has developed an AI device that can reportedly translate pets' sounds, emotions, and behaviour into human speech. The wearable device, which is fitted around a pet's neck like a collar, uses Alibaba Cloud's Qwen AI language model. Priced at around ₹11,000, the company claimed the device has nearly 95% accuracy.
