CrisprBits, a Bengaluru biotech startup working on CRISPR-based molecular diagnostics and strain engineering, has raised $3 million in a pre-series A round led by Spectrum Impact, valuing it at $12 million. The funds will support commercial launch of its PathCrisp diagnostic platform, expansion into human, food and animal health, and scale manufacturing.
