Bengaluru-based Curefoods has acquired Krispy Kreme's India franchise from Landmark Group, covering more than 50+ stores and 11 in Delhi-NCR. With this move, Curefoods surpasses 100 outlets nationwide and plans 125 more by 2025. Backed by a $40 million fundraise, the acquisition strengthens its market presence and cloud kitchen network across India’s fast-growing food and beverage industry.
