Delhi High Court has ordered an interim stay on a GST notice worth ₹10.35 crore sent by Central GST department to competition regulator CCI. In its plea, CCI claimed that since it's a statutory body, it doesn't engage in commercial or business activities on which GST can be imposed. Court ordered GST department to submit its reply within six weeks.
