Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has successfully raised ₹1,613.97 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), strengthening its financial position and providing funds to reduce outstanding borrowings. The company allotted 7.11 crore equity shares to qualified institutional buyers as part of the capital-raising exercise completed on July 28, 2026.
