As many as five companies, including Hexagon Nutrition and mattress maker Duroflex, have secured Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approval to launch their IPOs. Virupaksha Organics, Premier Industrial Corporation and Om Power Transmission have also received SEBI's nod to float an IPO. These companies had filed their preliminary IPO papers with SEBI between September and October.
