The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL. In equity segment, the gross buying was of ₹16,758.57 crore against gross selling of ₹15,197.26 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of ₹1,561.31 crore in equities.
