Uttar Pradesh minister Ravindra Jaiswal said disputes between builders and local development authorities over no-objection certificates (NOCs) are behind the delay in registration of flats in Noida and Greater Noida. Jaiswal said once authorities issue NOCs, the registrations for homebuyers are processed. He explained authorities don't give NOCs due to pending dues or compliance issues.
