Flipkart has started the process of selling part of its stake in logistics startup Shadowfax Technologies for ₹700-750 crore, Moneycontrol reported. This marks its second stake sale in Shadowfax. The move is part of Flipkart's broader strategy to unlock liquidity through portfolio exits while avoiding external fundraising and delaying its IPO plans.
