US' Florida will launch an investigation into OpenAI to find if the firm bears criminal responsibility for a mass shooting at a university last year. State Attorney General James Uthmeier said ChatGPT offered advice to the shooter before he committed the crime. "If that bot were a person, we would be charging them with murder," he added.
