The board has announced a leadership transition, with Pirojsha Godrej set to become Chairperson of Godrej Industries Group and Godrej Industries Limited from August 14. Burjis Godrej will chair Godrej Agrovet, and Vishal Sharma will chair Astec LifeSciences.
