Finance Ministry's Economic Review for May flagged multiple risks facing the Indian economy, which still reflects "cautious resilience". It noted that the West Asia war is a "major shock" and that its pressures are beginning to transmit into domestic economic conditions. It also flagged risks like rising wholesale inflation, moderation in fuel consumption and industrial activity, and FPI outflows.
