The Government increased the IRFC Offer for Sale size from 13.07 crore shares, or 1%, to 24.31 crore shares, representing a 1.86% stake. The additional 0.86% stake was offered through the oversubscription option. Of the total offer, 2.43 crore shares have been reserved for retail investors.
