Grow Therapy, founded by Jake Cooper, Alan Ni, and Manoj Kanagaraj, has reached a $3 billion valuation after raising $150 million in a Series D round led by TCV and Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The company generates over $1 billion in annual revenue and is expanding into employer partnerships and primary care. It is also strengthening its AI-powered mental health tools.
