Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has signed Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV) technology transfer agreement with ISRO, Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) and NewSpace India (NSIL). Under the agreement, HAL will absorb SSLVs over the first two years and then mass-produce over a 10-year production phase to meet both Indian and global demands.
