Groww's parent Billionbrains Garage Ventures has four co-founders, Lalit Keshre, Harsh Jain, Neeraj Singh, and Ishan Bansal, who hold a 26.6% stake in the company. Lalit, who holds 55.91 crore shares, will earn around ₹5,591 crore from company's ₹6,632 crore IPO. Harsh will earn around ₹4,116 crore, while Neeraj and Ishan will earn around ₹3,832 crore and ₹2,778 crore, respectively.
