ICICI Bank's Board of Directors unanimously approved the reappointment of Managing Director and CEO Sandeep Bakhshi for a period of two years. Bakhshi's current tenure at the bank is till October 3, 2026. It also approved the reappointment of Executive Director Ajay Kumar Gupta for a period of two years. The reappointment decisions are subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
