Drone manufacturer ideaForge's board approved raising up to ₹500 crore through various avenues, the firm announced. The firm said the fundraise can be undertaken through one or more approved procedures including preferential allotment, private placement or qualified institutional placement (QIP). The company reported a net profit of ₹60 crore for March quarter as its revenue surged to ₹141 crore.
