Sunjay Kapur's wife Priya approached Delhi HC, seeking access to the deceased billionaire's employees' provident fund (EPF) to pay for the educational expenses of Samaira and Kiaan, Sunjay's kids with his first wife Karisma Kapoor. In April, the HC had frozen certain estate-linked assets amid the ongoing inheritance dispute. Priya has sought modifications to two clauses of the April order.
