InterGlobe Aviation, which operates IndiGo, has proposed a series of commitments to the CCI, including a formal crisis management framework, temporary surrender of unused airport slots, automatic refunds, and fare protection. It aims to settle an antitrust probe. CCI had ordered an investigation after finding evidence that IndiGo abused its dominant position during the December 2025 disruptions.
