Info Edge has formally confirmed the merger of its agritech portfolio company Gramophone with Unnati Agri through a share-swap deal valued at ₹91.7 crore. The consolidation creates a larger, integrated agritech platform combining farmer advisory, agri-input distribution, and financing, strengthening Info Edge's long-term agritech strategy.
