Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella told a court that he never received a convincing explanation from OpenAI's board about why they fired CEO Sam Altman in 2023. "Whenever I asked...why Sam was fired, [the board] never gave me a specific answer...It was amateur city as far as I'm concerned," he said. He was testifying in Elon Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI.
