Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals will acquire an 85% stake in Aequitas Healthcare for ₹20.8 crore through internal accruals. Aequitas reported FY26 revenue of ₹53 crore and operates in the hospital pharmaceutical segment. The acquisition provides Jagsonpal with an established platform to expand into the institutional pharma market and strengthen its omnichannel healthcare business.
