JSW Energy commissioned the first 80 MW unit of its 240 MW Kutehr Hydroelectric Power Plant in Himachal Pradesh, dispatching power to Haryana. The second unit is undergoing trials, with the final unit soon to follow. This project, secured by a 35-year PPA at ₹4.50/kWh, boosts JSW Energy's hydro capacity to 1,471 MW, with renewables now 56% of its portfolio.
