Nashik-based KBC Global has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Dharan Infra Solar Private Ltd, to expand into renewable energy. The new firm will focus on solar and hybrid projects. The company is rebranding to Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd and aims to become a full-spectrum infrastructure and clean energy player. It previously approved 1:1 bonus shares with a ₹260 crore order book.
