L&T Semiconductor Technologies, a unit of Larsen & Toubro, has signed a long-term collaboration with Hon Young Semiconductor, a subsidiary of Foxconn, to jointly develop and manufacture high-voltage semiconductor wafers rated from 650 V to 3,300 V. The wafers will target automotive and industrial power applications, leveraging L&T’s systems expertise and Hon Young’s fabrication capacity in Taiwan.
