Deceased billionaire Sunjay Kapur's mother Rani filed a fresh plea in the ₹30,000-crore dispute, seeking directions to restrain Sunjay's wife Priya from interfering in RK Family Trust's functioning. "We've entered into an arena where the Mahabharat will look very small. We'll look into it," the Supreme Court remarked. Ex-CJI DY Chandrachud has been appointed to mediate the family dispute.
