IPO-bound e-commerce startup Meesho is set to pay $288 million, or ₹2,478 crore, in taxes to move its headquarters out from the US' Delaware to India, Moneycontrol reported. Earlier, the National Company Law Tribunal approved Meesho's request to move its headquarters back to India. This is one of the final steps before it proceeds to file preliminary documents with SEBI.
