Microsoft is weighing legal action over a $50 billion cloud deal between Amazon and OpenAI that could violate its exclusive cloud agreement with the ChatGPT maker, FT reported. The dispute centres on OpenAI offering Frontier, its enterprise platform for building and running AI agents, via Amazon Web Services. Microsoft is one of OpenAI's earliest investors.
