Domestic mutual funds reduced their exposure to oil and gas stocks to a record low in May, reflecting continued caution over the sector's long-term growth prospects. Data from Motilal Oswal showed the sector accounted for 5.2% of portfolios of the top 21 mutual funds. This comes as fund managers shifted allocations toward capital goods, healthcare and automobile stocks.
