Author Neelesh Misra called out IndiGo over its "shady malpractice", explaining how the airline attempts to stop senior citizens from availing its own "measly discounts". Misra said IndiGo's website showed no flights when he selected the "senior citizen" filter. He said he was able to book the same flight seconds later after removing the filter and blamed the airline's algorithm.
