SpaceX, which recently filed IPO papers in US, said the process of identifying and recruiting Elon Musk's successor with the combination of skills and experience possessed by him could be lengthy and uncertain. "There can be no assurance that we would be able to attract or retain a suitable replacement in a timely manner or at all," SpaceX added.
